Happy Birthday Sadie!!

Mmmm...Birthday cake! (she had a massive sugar attack after this)

First time sitting in her new big girl seat!

One year ago

My little Sadie turned one yesterday.

Sigh.

Where has the time gone?

I want to tell you about some of the things that I LOVE about my little girl.

I love how she:
giggled every time she saw a witch decoration (now she laughs at and talks to the turkey I have above the fire place)

Collects rocks just like I used to do when I was little (even though they all look exactly the same because she gets then from our stone walkway)

Loves electronics ONLY as long as she can't have them

makes a cute chipmunk noise when she eats

comforts me by putting her arm around my shoulder or pats my arm

teases the dog with her food

kisses my tummy when I say "Where's the baby?"

takes care of her dolls by wrapping them up with blankets

sings along with me

dances

sleeps-if I'm stressed, depressed, angry or sad. All I have to do is look in on her while she's asleep and it all melts away. My heart overflows when I look at her sleeping.

Wears my garments like a cape

Loves to talk to strangers

does sign language

kisses the picture of Jesus that we have in her room, especially when she points to it and says "eshs" which I assume means "Jesus" because she says it every time

gets so excited when she knows the right shape (on a game we play on my phone)

Loves pictures of herself

smiles with all those teeth! I love the gap. I hope it never leaves.

twirls her foot around when she's content

gets mad. Even if she's biting or pinching me I can't help but laugh because it's so cute

The list could go on forever! I LOVE YOU SADIE!!!
